Absolutely Superb
If the first episode is any indication, this is going to be the benchmark for serious gaming podcasts to come. The title represents something that's on any gamer's mind as they continue to grow up -- whether this hobby they so love is worth everything they spend on it. This show, in its very first episode, answers that question. "The Death of EGM" touches upon the entire history of a group of people and what they made that, by the end of the podcast, makes it clear why it is worth remembering. Robert Ashley's stylish editing of the interviews with interstitial music gives the show more shape and polish than any podcast I've heard in this genre.
