Thank you
I have to say, this podcast felt like it was following me! I kept seeing it pop up everywhere and finally decided to give it a listen. I’m so glad I did. Thank you for creating this — as someone navigating grief, PCOS, and the journey of being a woman, this was exactly what I needed right now.

Love it ! Very uplifting
I can really relate to the topics she talks about! She seems very real , down to earth , and kind . She is very intelligent and well educated! I love her approach to holistic health. Thank you! As with all of these podcasts , there are too many ads . I understand that it’s not her fault though.
