I have to say, this podcast felt like it was following me! I kept seeing it pop up everywhere and finally decided to give it a listen. I’m so glad I did. Thank you for creating this — as someone navigating grief, PCOS, and the journey of being a woman, this was exactly what I needed right now.

I can really relate to the topics she talks about! She seems very real , down to earth , and kind . She is very intelligent and well educated! I love her approach to holistic health. Thank you! As with all of these podcasts , there are too many ads . I understand that it’s not her fault though.

I just started listening and I have already learned so much from you and the guest you have on the show. I love that even though you guys are “celebrities” and “famous” you have problems and are human just like the rest of us! Thank you so much for everything you do!

4-5 at the start of the podcast, 4 more after about 10 minutes (often inserted awkwardly in the middle of a thought or sentence), the same 4 ads repeated 15-20 minutes after that, then 4-5 more to end? And some of them sound like they were recorded with a potato hidden under a pillow - why is the...Read full review »

Radhi, I love you but I just listened to an episode and literally half of it (not exaggerating) was just ads. The audio also wasn’t consistent. I don’t understand, you and your husband are already millionaires….is it really not enough? I’m not saying don’t have ads, yes get paid for your work but...Read full review »

I found this podcast a couple weeks ago when I was at my lowest emotional point to date. I’d put lots of effort into pushing down my feelings so much so that I couldn’t even put them into words anymore. But after listening to the episode with Tia Mowry, I finally felt seen, heard, understood, and...Read full review »

Unfortunate that there are so many ads - especially when a deep and vulnerable moment is interrupted by an ad break. Radhi is such great energy, knowledgeable, active listener, intelligent and wise. Love listening to this podcast! Ngl, I was hoping to hear more tearful and vulnerable moments...Read full review »

The ad for this podcast is so annoying and lame that I had to give this review. Why are grown adult women talking like a bunch of teenagers? It’s not relatable or interesting.

I know this isn’t the place to make requests. I really love the a really good cry podcasts. One of my beloved left my family and I forever. I have so many regrets and grief. I breakdown suddenly. Live this show! Much needed conversations and guidance on how to deal with our emotions, especially when so many of us don’t want to talk about. It’s all very real.

I will honestly listen to anything Radhi puts out there, so I’m very happy she has her own platform now! She’s a breath of fresh air in the wellness space and very grounded in her approach and I find so many amazing tools to learn from her - not just the things she does and shares but how she...Read full review »

I found the conversation to be quite superficial and sycophantic - falling over each other to agree with themselves. There is much deeper and more thoughtful material in this space, which I’d recommend following instead eg “Waking Up” and “Making Sense”.
