If you’re interested in a better world for you and everyone else …
A brilliant podcast about Buddhism and meditation. Scott speaks to some of the most interesting and distinguished scholars and scientists whose research tackles aspects of our inner worlds. Scott’s a warm and friendly guide and super-knowledgable himself which allows the interviews to have a really nice conversational feel to them. Loads of great meditations too!!!
