Great podcast for any cheese lover
As a natural cheesemaker I’m always looking for ideas and information about how cheeses are made in other parts of the world, specially the British cheeses I love from my time living in the UK. Jenny speaks to some of the most interesting cheesemakers and cheese connoisseurs in the world. It is an amazing resource of information and experiences and I highly recommend it to anyone interested in food and tradicional methods of production.

What an amazing podcast. Jenny has a great lineup of experts every episode, love listening to their enthusiastic musings on the cheese they are representing. Personal favourites were episodes on Greek/Cypriot cheeses and the Irish cheeses (totally and utterly biased on the later).

Jenny does a fabulous job of exploring all the different facets of the cheese world, interviewing and teasing out stories from all that take part! Compulsory listening.

The November 2023 episodes have been such a great help in trying to get to terms with the language and process of cheese. Congratulations Jenny and thank you.
