Elana has a special interest in helping employees find joy and meaning both in their work and family systems and is currently pursuing doctoral work on this topic. Elana has a Masters in OD from Reichman University and is a trained Executive and Career Coach. Elana is originally from New York City and now lives in Tel Aviv with her husband and 2 daughters.
