Today’s guest
Dr. Lea Wester is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor, passionate about functional and chronic digestive conditions and everything gut health.
After losing her mother to breast cancer at the young age of 16, she developed a strong distrust for mainstream medicine and a determination to spread awareness of natural alternatives. So she spent 10 years working her way through school to become a California licensed Naturopathic Doctor. During her journey she found herself being drawn to focus on gastroenterology because of her personal struggles with poor gut health throughout her life. Through years of peeling away the layers of imbalance within her own health, she gained valuable knowledge of the digestive system and genuine empathy for all those who suffer from debilitating gut conditions. It is now her mission to help as many people as she can to overcome their own struggles so that they too can discover a life full of health and happiness.
