I always finish an episode feeling better
I don’t know how many miles I have logged listening to this podcast either in the car or on a treadmill. I consider ADHD ReWired a huge part of my “moving forward” journey once I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult. Eric and his guests have helped me understand, come to terms with, and thrive with my ADHD. I love the fact that the people on the podcast live the experience of ADHD and commiserate about the challenges and life hacks. It’s personal and relatable, and I learn something helpful from every episode. Thank you for the variety of guests you have on the podcast, for the discussions about not only ADHD but autism as well. Thank you for keeping me company on this interesting neurodivergent journey and doing so with kindness and light-heartedness.
