although when I found this podcast I had already had a diagnosis for 2 years, the first time I listened to an episode in my car I actually cried. hearing all the people on the podcast have a vocabulary for things that I had gone through and experienced on a day to day basis was jaw-dropping. As someone recently diagnosed with ADHD, the ADHD rewired podcasts have been a saviour. Whether it’s about identity, skills, emotions, or resources, Eric has a solve… and if not a solve, at least a “I hear you + see you”. I’m always excited for the weekly drops. Keep it up!!

Just listened to the episode with Stephanie Antoine. I love the transparency of experts who are willing to share their personal journey. That’s what I love about ADHD coaches, and especially this podcast. They walk their talk. They’ve had to. So inspiring!

Grab a notebook and pen because you’ll want to jot down the insights and strategies. A long-running pod that found its stride a long time ago.

I am so grateful to the a DHD rewired team for creating this show. I’m 55. A single mom. I was only diagnosed with ADHD this year. Needless to say, I have a lot of catching up and learning to do. Every episode is one that I can relate to and need to hear. Please keep up the good work!

This podcast is full of practical, useful advice to get things done. I put some of his tips into practice and got a 5 month old (important) task done and am now making progress on my longer term goals. Eric is very encouraging and supportive.

I have been a member of the ADHD reWired community almost from the beginning, not sure how many years that’s been. The information I have gained from listening to this podcast as well as the others that have been off shoots from it, has literally been life-changing for me. I recently had the...Read full review »

Diagnosed in my 30s and medicated; I never received the education or coaching that I needed. I was successful in my career and somehow I managed but at the terrible price on developing new co- morbidities that might have been prevented had I been nurtured by coaching . I was looking for a podcast filled with experiences and practical tips, and this is the best one I've found so far. They obviously use the podcast as an advertisement for their business, which of course is totally reasonable, but sometimes that kind of thing can be too in your face. I can see...Read full review »

I’ve consumed 100 of these episodes in the space of 3 weeks. Eric’s openness has been a tonic. I’ve been able to implement many of the strategies talked about on the podcast to help me manage my symptoms. When his son Gibson pops up from time to time it’s a real treat!

There’s just something so soothing, like a breath of fresh air, to hear other adults who share in the same struggles as I do, talk about these obstacles publicly.
