Game changer
Diagnosed in my 30s and medicated; I never received the education or coaching that I needed. I was successful in my career and somehow I managed but at the terrible price on developing new co- morbidities that might have been prevented had I been nurtured by coaching . Now at 65 , I am opening up via this podcast ( and other means) to salvage what is left of an intended meaningful and joyful life through new insights and methods. I am 65. It is never too late! I’m quickly forgiving those who hurt me due to ignorance (including myself) and letting the grief of lost past possibilities fade out. I’m exceedingly grateful for your podcast.
