Brutally honest and fun to listen to. Really informative, and puts my whole life in perspective that I’m not the only one.

Katie is awesome! There are times I find myself laughing, and other times I’m crying. So many “me too!” moments which is so helpful. I’m 45 and have just been assessed for ADHD. Thanks for being such a great sharer, Katie. You’re my kind of human. xx

I am evaluating whether I may have adult ADHD and found this podcast. It is funny and she is very transparent. A great way to learn without it being like “research”.
