Game officially changed
To be fair, I've known Aaron his entire life but to be honest, I have abused my body for most of mine and Aaron has been hands down, the greatest inspiration to get my physical prowess together. I was a heavy smoker, drinker and drug abuser for many years. To try and compensate I ate well, and exercised regularly but Aaron showed me that my outline for wellness was completely disorganized and like so many, sadly misinformed. After quitting my life of excess, Aaron has been the proverbial bridge to better living for me. I like to listen to his podcast while I go about my daily exercise routine and think of it as a sidekick for super living. It's a wealth of knowledge and by far, one of the sharpest tools you can have in the ol' maintenance shed. The best thing about Align Podcast though, is that it's not only informative but also entertaining and his guests are world class. It's real talk that anyone can tune into and simply absorb but inspiring enough to make you take notes and dig in for further understanding. Aaron sheds light on the simplest of things, illuminating dynamic movement and logical alignment as the foundation for body balance. Aaron is much more than your average movement coach or a physical therapist though. His quest for optimal balance of mind, body, and spirit is a relentless mission and that's what his podcast emulates. It's not just a tutorial or a regurgitated seed bank of information. In a world of hand me down guide books for better living, Align Podcast and Align Therapy are bold to be different. Aaron questions all human practice with sound reason. He makes it a specific point to examine all philosophy of health with an "outside the box attitude". The product boasts a culmination of the best methods for improvement through mind wealth and movement, teamed with vital nutrition to best benefit your life individually. If you appreciate your body or even if you just want to appreciate your body, then tuning in might be one of the greatest decisions you could ever make for the rest of your life. I love your podcast. Keep up the great work. There is a book called “The Possible Human” by Jean Houston that’s all about human potential through visualization. It’s fantastic. Any chance you can get someone who does her work on an episode?

Aaron's show is definitely unique. It entertains in a great holistic approach to health. But what keeps me coming back is that he tackles elements of wellness concerning philosophy, emotions, psychology, and of course the incredibly important element of MOVEMENT.
