Thanks guys!
I love and appreciate the work y’all are putting in to clarifying what the Bible is saying and what the writers believed. I started my deconstruction a couple years and I believe between Richard Rohr, a bunch of old Christian mystics, y’all and the in dwelling Holy Spirt of course, that I am on a path of reconstruction. It has been a beautiful and LIBERATING path. Woulda thunk it!? I know the question is posed seemingly every episode about “what do we do with all this and what does it matter and how would we explain this to anyone?” From my side of things I think that while this is all complicated, nuanced and not what we’re used to, it ultimately makes more sense. And with time I think it won’t seem so complicated just like any other thing that you study and spend time with. Just like y’all/I/we were raised in an evangelical frame and learned what was the contents of the picture from that frame, we can also learn a new frame and dare I say a better one! Thanks again guys! I’m listening and relistening and sharing as much as possible. Keep it up!

They are big into social justice but very rarely do they ever talk about how abortion is...Read full review »
