This is the best crime podcast ever. The host is respectful of the victims privacy and does hard hitting research. The Washington DC episode makes you realize how life can be great one minute and a horrific tragedy the next

He can’t even speak proper English and mispronounced words over and over. I listened to 1 episode just to see how it ended. What’s with the cursing? So weird and random.

Karl from “Who Are These Podcasts” said Patrick Michael was an untalented dunce. After listening, he was being much too generous. You can actually hear his neglected children crying in the background at times. Must admit it’s actually fun to observe just how uneducated, untalented and clueless...Read full review »

Decent voice, but can barely put a sentence together, and takes forever to get to the actual point. In the Houston episode, he spends around 4 minutes reading Wikipedia about the city of Houston, rather than getting to the actual content. Why do I need to know the population of Houston, or what...Read full review »

Just an idiot regurgitating from Wikipedia. Pod fading fast

The host has a good voice, which is great. He doesn’t seem to have any sort of outline and rambles on and on. For the first 15 minutes of Skidmore, there was no talk about the crime. He wants to be a stand up comedian- great. A true crime podcast isn’t the place to talk about it. Do an outline...Read full review »

Way too much rambling. Half of the podcast was rambling. I finally turned it off. Wasted 30 minutes on nonsense. Just tell us the story please.
AllieAmy2cents via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 04/08/20
I’m sorry. Just couldn’t get passed the rambling. Get on with it. And once you pointed out your own verbal ticks, you can’t hear anything else...you know? Not good, dude.

Listen to Who Are These Podcasts to really enjoy this guy

I love true crime podcast. I also am from Missouri and interested to learn facts of the Skidmore case. This episode was just not good. Limited facts, narrator did not take the time to investigate. Advise for the narrator talk less about yourself, know the cases, and dive into the story more...Read full review »

This guy has like 20 podcasts. The main studio is in Gary, Indiana but he phones in from a closet in a trailer a few towns away because he had never been there and said he would never even drive through it. Carly is the real head of the network. She must feel sorry for this guy because she pays...Read full review »

Hi! I like your podcast. Have you considered having a guest or cohost ? I think you’re nervous and a guest may help. Keep up the good work!!

For raping the ears of anyone unfortunate enough to stumble across this steaming pile of excrement.

Horrible podcast. You’ve never even driven through Gary Indiana Patrick. The host is just the worst podcaster of all time. Don’t waste your time on this disaster.

This guy obviously likes to hear himself speak. Which is okay, I guess. But does he even attempt to do research in the cases? I mean, the guy literally sounds like Trump speaking, you know has zero knowledge about anything. Over and over about random stuff that he has clearly researched on...Read full review »

I wanted to like this but just couldn’t get past the hosts unending babbling. I would recommend the host take a class on public speaking and also write some sort of outline to follow when doing a podcast. He just talks aimlessly and ends up repeating himself. He says “uh” and “you know” ad ...Read full review »

This guy has a nice voice. The you knows, you guys and swearing needs to go. He took forever to get to the actual story and then it felt like he was reading the Wikipedia page. It reminded me of grading freshman research papers. He hadn’t researched how to pronounce the names of the characters...Read full review »

He may need someone to bounce ideas off of. He is kinda all over the place but when you think about it makes sense when you are just talking and not sticking to a script. I like the state/city locations he has done. Overall pretty good podcast and I enjoy listening on Podcoin

He’s all over the place and NEVER even get to the heart of the story!!! I kept waiting and waiting and this numb-nut just likes to hear himself talk about a whole lot of NOTHING!!! He apparently doesn’t take this stuff seriously!!! Ughhhhh.... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! Trust me on this one!!!!

I’m a total true crime obsesser and so when I saw this podcast as a bonus on Podcoin I had to binge listen. The host is entertaining and clearly has an interest in true crime as well as producing the best and most interesting show for us. I like the crime stats for towns and areas and you never...Read full review »

Listened to all episodes on podcoin, which I’ve had already watched on Netflix. I agree with the voice, it’s good but the swearing gots to go.... I listened to two episodes and this man is all over the place. I kept waiting and waiting for the subject but he just goes on and on on his ramblings. Also, what’s with the SWEARING?

I just listed to the Anchorage, AK episode. I am from AK and familiar with this case, so I was excited to listen to it, but that was kind of painful. Before you even got into the actual case, I was quite disappointed in your overview of crime rates, and Alaska in general. We don’t get paid to...Read full review »

Way too many “you knows” and he should listen to some of the many professional pod casts to see how it’s done. If this one lasts, and I doubt it, I will check back in a few months to see if he no longer sounds like a high school Sophomore reading the morning announcements through a cheesy PA...Read full review »

Interesting topic, good statistical research, voice is good. Speak a bit more slowly, lose the “you know” and “you guys“ expressions. In this particular case (no disrespect to the victims) it might have been easier to differentiate the two victims by calling one of them Mary one and the other...Read full review »
