I picked an episode to listen to and the whole entire podcast was an ad for their business. You CAN DO IT. Just sign up for our classes. Waste of time. They don’t actually give you tips, they tell you to get them as a coach, then you can learn, etc. Lame.

I can't believe these only have a few reviews, come on people tune in! I cannot praise Shann an Ananga highly enough for these podcasts with tips on coping with and ridding yourself from anxiety.
