Indispensible Info for any Cyclist
I am a triathlete. With three sports rolled into one, it is hard to find the time to be an expert at any one of them. When I picked up triathlon, cycling was the discipline I had the least experience in. Basically, I rode a kids bike until I was about 12 years old and never got on a bike again until I was 42. So I was on the search for some good, reliable, and honest information about competitive cycling. Enter the "Ask a Cycling Coach" podcast. The TrainerRoad software has been great, but this podcast is really the thing that closes the gap between all that cool data that is suddenly available to you and how to understand it and put it to work. The question and answer format is awesome and these guys break down everything very well. One thing I really appreciate is the fact that they will use the words "I don't know" if they truly aren't sure of an answer and won't spout out some "bro-science" on the fly to make themselves sound more knowledgeable. This rarely happens (the "I don't knows") and I often find myself in amazement as to how much knowledge and experience these guys have. I really appreciate the podcast and always look forward to the next episode. Your software and podcast have helped me realize great improvements in my cycling. Keep 'em coming guys! -Shawn Kibel (Triathlete from Honey Grove, TX)Read full review »

Great podcast. Guys are very knowledgable and easy to listen to. Having 3 of them means you don't just get a single point of view on things. I've been racing near 30yrs and have learnt more since listening to them in the last few weeks than I have in all that previous time. Keep it up boys.Read full review »
