Hands down the best.
If you're looking for real, usable information about how to improve your cycling perfomance out on the road and on the trainer - you've found it. I've followed cycling podcasts for several years now and they tend to start out hard and then fizzle out after a while. These guys seem to be setting a TT pace with a good consistent flow of information in each exercise. The difference is that this show is question driven - so they're addressing real questions that users have experienced in their training. As opposed to other shows that try to come up with new topics every week and do product reviews and cover racing, etc. This show is great for beginners and serious racers alike - I am certain everyone will learn something from these guys.Read full review »
