fascinating
i have only listened to the first 10 lectures in this series. so far they have been excellent. pogge gives the necessary basis for understanding for the search for other life in the universe. it is obvious that pogge has spent a great deal of time and care in preparing these lectures. the information is well organized and easy to understand. i do wish i could see the slides that accompany his classroom lectures, but this really isn't necessary since his explanations and descriptions are more than sufficient to understand what they contain. i highly recommend this series.Read full review »

Serendipitously came across this podcast. Yes, it’s eleven years old & yes, things are moving fast in this area, but boy this series is still first rate and well worth listening too. Seriously thinking of taking a course in astrobiology . Pity I can’t find a more current podcast on this subject.
