GREAT podcast
I just listened to 5 things parents do that hurt self esteem.... and what great advice! I LOVED this! I am 31 and I have a younger sister who is 30.... I totally notice the difference between our self esteem. I know some things, as Natasha mentioned, are very part of her personality, but some things have been due to my parent's reactions to her personality. I want my daughter to have great self esteem because I feel like that help build the strong base for healthy relationships and feeling a healthy level of accomplishment. This was a great insight! Thank you Natasha!Read full review »

Thank you so so much!! I have just recently discovered your podcast, and it has helped to save my sanity, with my youngest having amped up his anxiety massively of late. I feel we are both calmer and seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. Helen

Really enjoy listening to Natasha. I find her funny and realistic. She gives some really good and useful parenting advise/tools on kids with different challenges. I am looking forward to hearing more episodes to come. Thx!
