Education and tips for parenting anxious chikdren
This has flipped my world. I had recognised that my child has anxiety, but the podcast on sensory processing and anxiety stopped me dead. I had no idea that my child's 'peculiarities' were related. I thought she was just being awkward about good, clothes, hair, noise. I'm ashamed to say that I even suspected it was attention seeking behaviours. I feel like I have new hope. I would love a podcast on how to react to resistance in all these areas. Do we just let her do it her way? or do we try to encourage and explain why she struggles?
