Speaking right to my heart
This Back to school time with my 4 year old son has been the most challenging weeks of my entire parenthood thus far. My son has diagnosed anxiety and Natasha's words have been inspiring me to keep pushing him out of his comfort zone and encouraging him using the techniques she provides. The first 2 weeks my son was imploding and exploding for up to 90 minute Stretches. Now, Week 3 of consistent support and he has been walking into school with me and not one crying episode this week. He is still having struggles but confronting them and coping by closing his eyes quietly for about 10 minutes until he has crushed his anxiety and feeling comfortable enough to work through the day. Her techniques have been miraculous to our family!! We as parents we are in the learning curve and are thrilled with not only the advice, but also the compassion and empathy of her words. I can't wait to implement more of these ideas into our lives at home. Thank you!!!Read full review »

These podcasts give me HOPE! I am so thankful for Natasha’s work. It is so nice to hear from a therapist and Mom who is in this battle of anxiety/OCD with me! My son and our family benefits from this podcast! Thank you! Thank you!
