Sanity-saver, hope-bringer
This podcast has helped me keep my sanity and has given me hope. Casey provides information and tips that are immediately useful and she does it in a way I can relate to without feeling shamed or misunderstood. As a parent of two PDA children and married to PDA, finding Casey has been a life-changing experience for me. Finally someone gets it and I don’t feel as alone in this.
