Beautifully crafted, exceptional, mostly-scripted comedy from the excellent Bob Mortimer & Andrew Dawson, who have wonderful podcast chemistry and have put together a ripping show. My personal favourite are the Peter Beardsley bits. It must be a lot of work to put it all together, unlike the...Read full review »

If I had known that real life footballers have pet snakes and provide their wives with boiled eggs and then pop down to the meat salon for Armadillo nostril fritters then I would have been a big fan years ago. Sort it out FIFA. Mrs Robbins, age 48, Beckhams neck Tattoo Steamer. Stroud

Very tasty, visible from a considerable distance and almost totally hypoallergenic. The two presenters sound quite clean and punctual. Some of the stories don’t sound like they are true, however.

Carole Beardsley is comedy gold, and the South Africa stories had me in stitches, it’s all good. 👍👍

Just the best! I’ve grown up with Bob and that Andy bloke is ok even if he does come from Slumderland

I’ve loved Bob Mortimer since Vic Reeves Big Night Out but I’ve only recently discovered this podcast. I can honestly say that it’s Bob Mortimer at his hilarious best! Andy Parsons is the perfect foil for him to bounce off and it’s left me absolutely crying with laughter! Brilliant stuff!

I’m in no way a prude, a well placed and presented four letter word can be comic genius but Im not used to this fowl language from Bob. It detracts slightly but I like it, though at a reduced volume so as not to offend other family members.

When I discovered the author of my favorite book series ever, the Tabitha Huntley mysteries, had his own podcast I thought it would give me an insight into how my favorite stories are formed. Instead I got a couple of middle aged men talking brass hands, Aldermen and vomiting snakes. 5 stars.

Been listening to the podcasts on and off for a few years now. I’ll go for a few months without listening and then catch up. Absolutely genius, great banter, characters and stories. Always makes me laugh 🤣🤣

Many great characters in these podcasts - Steve McClaren & Casper, Peter Beardsley & wife, members of the Spurs football team but, my absolute favourite, Mick McCarthy. Has me in stitches every time. Brilliant! This podcast is absolutely nuts!! So wonderfully funny. Can’t get enough of...Read full review »

Bob is a genius but Andy brings a massive amount to this too. The banter and chemistry they have is excellent.

The poor decline of this show has been tedious. Months of inactivity and now fading characters are losing all the previous appeal. Time to move on fellas to pastures new😔

Always been a massive fan of Robert. Seen a lot of people say he should drop Andy or work with another comedian. It’s such an amazing podcast that clearly Andy is doing something right! Who doesn’t love the waiter at Slaughter’s or hearing him try not to piss his pants laughing?! Have got so...Read full review »

Genius. Utter genius. National treasure Bob Mortimers left of centre outlook on life makes for a 30 minute dog walk listen that more often than not leaves me wheezing for breath at the end of it, and has helped me firmly cement my place in the village as the madman who guffaws out loud whilst...Read full review »

At its best it’s unbelievably good, and another part of Bob cementing himself as one of the funniest people we have. Andy clings on for dear life at times, as anyone would have to, but if all he ever did in life was the first instalment of Roy Hodgson’s “Warrramma” he could retire proud

Bob is pure genius. Don’t like Andy’s stuff much though.

Bob is clearly a genius but I reckon Andy holds his own. To begin with I thought the layered stories that build over countless episodes meant I wouldn’t be able to dip in and out of the awesome back catalogue but, like Neighbours or a test match, it turns out you can. You don’t need to know much...Read full review »

Bob, fantastic as always, so so funny. The other bloke not so much. Bob could make anything funny, so I’d love to see him drop the dead wood and work with someone funny. But whether he does or not Bob will always carry the show

My mates told me to listen to this, took my a while to get used to, but I love it now, I’m only 36 episodes in but already know the rest are going to be brilliant! Love the stuff about Brass Hands and Andys encounters with Jeremy Corbyn....Seen You!

Was introduced to this by a friend who said, “ just listen......I can’t explain what it is”. It’s worth the looks I get at work when there’s silence in the office and I start crying with laughter. It’s a great injection of humour, that I’ve desperately needed over the last year.

Athletico Mince is the gift that keeps on giving. Enter the extraordinary mind of Bob Mortimer for surrealist and extremely funny takes on football and pop culture. A national treasure and personal comedy hero of mine, a podcast not to be missed!

When listening to AM I can’t speak... actually I can’t do anything as the tears of joy and laughter slip down my cheeks. There are tv shows all over this... gangs of the EPL, crime files, Beardsley, slaughters and so much more. Please do a gangs ccompilation.

I love this podcast. It’s brilliant and I listen all the time. Big fan of Bob and Andy’s contributions are just as funny Recently, the adverts have become intrusive. Off the cuff madness from the comedy genius and his mate Andy Dawson who is dead good too.A loose affiliation to Footy, the Sean Dyche rap is just pure magic !

Funniest podcast in podcast history, but Corbyn collection? Clutching at straws there Andy. Make some new content. One podcast in the last few months. Dog dirt.

Love Bob, but unfortunately Andy has proven himself to be a nasty a spiteful person on Twitter. Can’t reconcile myself to pay any Patreon to parsnips because of his nasty side. Bob however is a national treasure.

Bob is possibly the funniest man in the world. His imagination seems limitless. Andy is aware of his limitations but is a good wingman who lets Bob shine.
