At 45yo, finding out, finally, that I am AuDHD has been mind blowing, after so many years of misdiagnosis (nope, it wasn't Bipolar) confusing mood/energy inconsistencies leading to confusing and inconsistent life outcomes, years of burnout/depression, a few remarkable talents, many full on all consuming interests, a fierce passion for justice and refusal to respect incompetent leadership, often to my own ultimate detriment - this podcast is a breath of fresh air that feels like it's talking directly to me & my neurotype.
