Best birth preparation there is!
This is my favourite podcast and has helped me through three pregnancy’s, births and postpartum journeys. Listening to women tell their stories has been a vital part of my journey into motherhood and recovery from birth. I cannot recommend highly enough! Thank you Sophie!
