I'm addicted!!
I was sifting through online resources one day trying to find something that told me, truely and honestly, about what pregnancy and birth was like - the highs, the lows and everything in between. I had gotten fed-up with the "recommended" books and other resources to read that all told you how it was all fluffy clouds and rainbows or pointed the finger telling you what was right and wrong. Sophie's podcast has been a game changer for me. I have found real life stories that, already, I can relate to and that have altered my perception on the "norm" of pregnancy and birth, broadening my understanding of the entire processes. Being a 23 year old male, childbirth isn’t something I’ve thought about extensively. This show allowed a new perspective for me to take on the subject, and actually inspired me to learn more. Such an awesome idea, and very well executed.
