“Talks about herself almost the entire time yet I find her understanding of sexuality and even life incredibly shallow. Throws out nebulous concepts such as 'authenticity' and claims to have had experiences involving them yet does not seem to grasp the concept or shed light on them anecdotally, rather it's 'trust me, I know what it's like.' Very pushy with 'self-development' particularly the importance of seeing a life coach or counsellor - again with the shallow understanding - for some people this is not an option and for a variety of reasons.
