So Helpful
I've been following Diane S. since my days eating as a vegan...and its been really exciting seeing the healthy changes happening in my life as I've opened myself up to the new ideas that she's shared. I love the approach Diane and Liz take when sharing about nutrition: its very intellectual and knowledgeable,...but also very easy (surprisingly!) to understand and enjoyable to listen to. Also important to me: they seem to take more of an "inclusive" approach, understanding that their listeners are coming from all different backgrounds, and that this is OK! I love to learn about new nutrition information that makes sense for me and my body, but I also need to make changes at a pace that is right for me, and they both seem to respect this idea. Being busy, but committed to health, I listen to the pod casts while I cook my meals for the upcoming week! Thank you Diane and Liz! My gut thanks you and I can feel myself getting smarter by the podcast;)Read full review »

Paleo conversations, simple and to the point. Thank you, Liz & Dian, for your time & consideration. Ignore the useless negative reviews. Know that there are a ton of 5stars that folks just haven't taken the time to send. ;)Read full review »

Thank you both! P.S.: It is good to put a voice with the faces. Somehow they both sound just how...Read full review »
