“The two hosts simply reiterate what the listener can hear first on Wolf's podcast, or any number of websites. It's amusing to observe the hosts follow the paleo bandwagon as it has gone from VLC to more moderate approaches, etc. These two will always give you the latest silly argument going around the community.
I wouldn't have written this negative review except for their most latest podcast (around 2/22/12) where they take one listener's friend's email to task. The listener's friend had apparently been puzzled by one of the host's websites. To hear the host's ridiculous comeback/defense is hilarious. Throughout the whole thing she ADMITS that her PDFs are too summed up, that the reader should have read the full post before hand, etc. Isn't the whole point of posting a quickguide that the reader doesn't have to read your full posts?!
