The thing that is great about this show is that they take a serious approach toward educating their listeners while maintaining a lively and fun atmosphere. All too often, great science can be lost in an overly dry delivery. Not so, in this podcast. These two make the science behind nutrition fun and accessible to the masses (yet, there is always something new for seasoned athletes and paleo dieters to learn). Liz and Diane have their fingers on the pulse of the paleo community, and field questions their many listeners are asking (in rapidly increasing volume).
