“Throughout my 10+ years of lifting I've gone on and off Starting Strength linear progression a few times. Coincidentally I recently started back on an LP after going through the motions of training for the past year or so and happened upon this podcast. The content is clear and concise with a touch of humor and more often then not there is also a good whiskey recommendation. Highly recommended for those who've been training for years, for those just starting and those who are thinking about it.
I would like to hear from the guys about lifters in my situation who are still on an LP but have higher numbers (I.e. SQ~455x5, BP~300x5, DL~525x5, PR~175x5) and whether or not there are additional considerations for people in this scenario.”Read full review »
