Simple but great info on barbell strength training
This is a great podcast on barbell training using the Starting Strength method. Both of these guys share some great info on how to progress using this method with screwing things up. I especially like listening to Matt Reynolds as I can tell he has a tremendous amount of experience in not only getting himself strong but coaching others on their journey to getting strong. Also, while I don’t drink alcohol I do appreciate their appreciation of fine whiskey and their recommendations.
