Well - It used to be good
Not to beat a dead horse - but this USED to be a great podcast. Alan Schwarz was a great host who brought in interesting guests and enthusiasm. The new guy, Peter Pascarelli, sounds like he needs a couple RedBulls. He is intolerably montone, uninteresting and doesn't do much more than recite yesterday's scores. The interesting guests and interviews have been eliminated as well. I wouldn't bother to subscribe. It's just so sad to see a good podcast go downhill. A) They ARE aware that baseball is being played outside the East Coast, right? B) I have never, ever, EVER heard any podcast or radio 'personality' who so clearly despises having to perform his job. Not only has the overall quality of this podcast slipped since the hosts changed, but now the timliness of the daily update has been affected. I used to be able to update every weekday when I came home for lunch, but now it's hit and miss.Read full review »
