Why three hours??
Don’t understand why. Also, don’t like the loud ad at the beginning. I can ff thru it, but it’s totally nonsense to have it so long. Makes me think there is some kind of subliminal suggestions involved and that makes me uncomfortable.

These are very relaxing and her voice is great. I get calmed and fall asleep. HOWEVER the commercials at the top on each episode are so loud.
