Great Info For Beginners
Love this podcast and the wealth of knowledge shared is amazing. I new to ultra running and I gained a lot of helpful tips. I signed up for my first 50K in FL in November. I cannot wait to experience this. Looking forward to the next episode. Keep it up!

I just signed up for my first 50k and was excited to see Sean Blanton cover this very topic in his first episode. Sean is an expert in his field, easy to listen to, and inspiring with his can-do attitude. I look forward to listening to the second episode and more to come.
