In todays episode we have the Mountain Mist 50k LEGEND, Dink Taylor.  Dink is the Mountain Mist 50k race director, which just finished it's 29th year in a row. Arguably the best 50k in the Southeast. Sean and Dink discuss the history of the race, its origins as the first ultra trail race in Alabama, and some of the legends that have raced, won, and DNF'd this epic race.  Dink is not just a race director.
