Getting back to Sanity
Thank you. I was feeling crazy. I listened to this podcast and things started to resinate with me. After being lied to so many times for so many years you begin to doubt your reality and your own perceptions and you don't even trust yourself. My partner created that chaos in my mind and continues doing that. It is hard to trust yourself again but listening to your podcast has helped give me the confidence to understand what has been happening to me (gas lighting and manipulation and abuse). This is invaluable and is helping me feel like I'm not overreacting. It is helping me understand that my feelings aren't wrong because other people are explaining that they are suffering from the same things. It has helped me understand that I am in this state because of what has happened to me and not a character flaw I have. I have been betrayed by the person who I thought was my safest place to fall and it is excruciating at times. Thank you for helping me understand that this has nothing to do with me and everything to do with him.Read full review »

I didn’t know what I didn’t know until I listened to BTR. Thanks for helping us get educated Anne.

I wish I would have started here instead of wasting time with therapists who didn't know how to help. This is a great resource for those on a journey to heal from a spouse's betrayal.Read full review »
