“I sought this podcast out after watching the YouTube channel. All four podcasters have a background in film writing or editing and share great chemistry when discussing each film. They frequently add insightful trivia or deeper analysis/meaning of the film’s important scenes or characters and reference and name screenwriting and film books that I have since gotten myself. Although not as analytical as Michael's YouTube channel, these group discussions have helped shape what I consider good writing and character development in film and have inspired a more inclusive language when discussing movies with friends and family. Only criticism is that I wish that there were more episodes, so looking forward to the team making more.”Read full review »
