Castles in the air, maybe
It’s great that the folk living today are so much smarter, better and more decent than all previous generations. If only the writers of the podcast could have been in charge of the investigation. That aside, we never really get anywhere with this podcast. We are told that the police dismissed the woman because of prejudice but at the same time conducted the biggest investigation of its kind. No-one knows why. We hear how unlikely it was that in a period of 18 month three different men chose to strangle women on their own doorsteps at the end of a night at the Barrowland. We are also told that that is exactly what happened and that police, for some odd reason chose to create a mythical serial killer. Surely it is more likely that the police killed the women themselves. Just saying. In summary, this podcast is a load of old tat.

5 stars for the victim profiles and exposing the misogyny of the times. 1 star for adding any facts or anything new.
