“I grew up around the Bible but have recently realized that I don't know as much as I should. We mostly cherry pick through it, choosing what we like and ignoring the rest. It really is a strange book, but it was written 3000 years ago by a culture halfway around the world. I mean, people from Vertmont weird me out. Anyway, I'm currently on a program to read the entire book in a year, and this podcast has been a great help to me. It's a good summerization of key stories, and they point out details and will ask questions that may escape the casual reader. These chicks are pretty funny and the sponsor ads are awesome.”Read full review »
