Amazing... except for the rapacious commercials
As a former punky-girl who spent her formative years in the mid 80s through the early 90s immersed in alternative music culture, shows and working in record stores, I was looking forward to listening to this. The only problem? The constant advertiser interruptions disrupt the flow of the story and interviews somewhat. I get needing sponsor support, but placement matters. Docked one star in mild protest. Commercials aren't punk, Baby. Otherwise it's a rad musical history timeline trip spiked with a murder mystery that is worthy of proper investigation.Read full review »

…unfortunately I have little patience for the volume of ads and pulled the plug 6 minutes into the second episode. The ads made it difficult to focus on the details, actually I never found any flow to the show. Unlistenable to me…

How is this relevant to today’s operations? The team reports on 40 year old information like it is “hot off the presses” news. Love how the lawyers making millions on this case as positioned as the under dog, good guys. They should have donated it all to the cutters.
