A gentle voice of understanding & help
In search of another copeing tool/distraction, I came across this podcast during a search this last week and have listen to about 5 old podcast and am looking forward to the rest. The thing that I love about this podcast is that it is not all about what to and what not to eat/calories in & out - I get that concept. What Betsy gets is the WHY food is used as a coping tool. The podcast feels authentic, understanding, and non-judemental. Its a friendly voice, unlike the ones in our heads reminding us of the shame that goes along with bingeing, Thank you for sharing your wisdom, Betsy!

This one is full of plain speaking, common sense techniques on how to not let food and food thoughts rule your life. They are quick episodes, with no frills or nonsense. I really enjoy them.

Only listen to the podcast on anxiety and food but what you said made real sense. I’m going to try this week “something in me feels...........” and see how I go with this new super power. I also liked “I can be hurt by nothing but my thoughts “
