I really tried with season two of this podcast. While it reveals a complex and charged picture of international adoption and how this came to be in Guatemala. Diego and his mother come off very entitled. It almost appears as getting adopted into a white privileged family has been some sort of horrifying experience. There’s validity to much of the trauma, but it also begs the question, would his quality of life been better had he never been adopted?...Read full review »
