“I've struggled for weeks to find the right words to describe this podcast, but I'm not sure they exist. That said, here goes my best attempt.
Kristen does what many parenting educators fail to do; she presents a wealth of scientifically supported information in a non-judgmental, yet passionate tone, all while remaining sensitive to personal choice and avoiding the overused "guilt/scare tactics" we see often in parenting education. Kristen truly has the best interest of mommies, babies, and families everywhere, at heart. When I listen to this podcast, I find myself feeling as though I'm having a conversation with a really good friend. It's her sweet delivery that emanates love and genuine desire for your best experience, whatever that means for you.
If you're in the market for some gentle yet powerful parenting conversations, give Kristen Burgess and the Birth, Baby, and Life Podcast a listen. You won't regret it and your baby will thank you!
