Judgemental and ill-informed
Some of the information is helpful, but there is some very ill-informed discussions and shaming of parents on this podcast! The tone is not supportive in many episodes and some of the advice is very archaic. Would NOT recommend this podcast for new or expecting parents :-(

I used to really enjoy this podcast but I can’t listen to Cath recommending parents give Panadol to babies to get them to sleep anymore. This is a really interesting podcast for anyone out there, kids or no kids, pregnant or not! Give it a go and you won’t regret it.
