Affirming
Kelley I love your voice, content, transparency, and ability and willingness to be vulnerable and open about your personal and work experiences. I’ve experienced burnout in my life as a working mother and wife so your words hit home. You give understanding and realization to my experiences in a way that allows me to process those experiences and my feelings around them in a different way. There’s been a shift in how I operate and think and this podcast confirms and affirms that this shift is healthy, needed, and necessary.

Thank you for sharing what you have experienced in the workplace by being you. I have struggled my whole life trying to fit in. I was born a happy baby and still remain that way at the age of 38 but not all want that energy and so they make it uncomfortable for you to be yourself.
