Respect and value
I have never felt compelled to write a review of a podcast, but this one is so good that I just had to say that this is my new favorite true crime podcast. Such a great host, who has a beautiful voice and is a wonderful writer, storyteller. These women’s stories need to be told and this podcast gives them such respect and honors their value!

I listened to this podcast for months. I tried and tried to overlook the continuous bashing of other colored peoples, but I can’t. Vilification of a people based on skin color is .. Basically, a bitter woman. I’m not sure who hurt her but I hope she finds peace.

Amara covers the cases of missing and murdered Black women with care and passion. I’ve heard of some of these cases but definitely not enough of them. I hope this podcast gives these women’s cases the attention they deserve.
