“Blue Planet (and every David Attenborough nature series) are the epitome of spectacular, intelligent, informative television.
I expected the same of the podcast.
But, no.
These two, highly irritating and irrelevant presenters, have somehow dumbed this down to a CBeebies level with their twee speak and their use of repetitive silly voices bleating 'hello' or 'subscribe' or 'blue planet' - which I think they have confused with charisma.
Be prepared for witty remarks like this:
'Is the Hoff crab called the Hoff crab because of David Hasselhoff, has the crab got a hairy chest?'
No wonder Mr Attenborough is no where to be heard on this podcast.
