Mostly great!!
Overall, a great food podcast. Reminds me of Good Eats sometimes in that I have total faith in the presenter (I really do appreciate Chris and would follow if he did any other podcasts) and usually learn a handful of things per episode - even if it’s through silly motifs or themes that for some reason stick in my head like oatmeal in the gut. But there are some definite food snob moments that are offputting and (with all shows aren’t just solo episodes) some guests make me slam that double speed button. A solidly earned four stars though, and it’s my most listened to food podcast.

This podcast makes you feel like you’re a fly on the wall of just great food focused conversations. Cool guests, fun stories, and some advice you can use in the kitchen. Never miss an episode.

Adam Rappaport needs to stop interrupting guests. Ask a question and let them talk, please. Otherwise, this is one of my favorite podcasts that has a great parity with the print magazine issues and excellent guests.
