Engaging!
I agree with the other reviewers that Adam talks over his guests and is VERY opinionated. But these qualities are also what make the shows interesting most times. The best interviews are when the guests get the joke and give it back or get louder than Adam like Mario Batali and Alton Brown. But, really the host could be a little more profesh and guide the guests more gently to the point when needed.
